The
following four principles are the foundation of North Coast Logisitcs'
business philosophy:
 |
Partnership
- Deliver the specific
service the customer wants
- Strive to continually
improve and add value to their products
- Respect the customer's
knowledge of their own business
- Blend that experience
with our own to create a unique, effective team
|
 |
Customer Service
- Service is the only
product we sell
- Customer satisfaction
is imperative
- Quality is not a
program, it is a way of life. It is creating the desire in every
individual to be the best they can, every day. It is the thrill of
continually achieving a goal, even if only a small one. It is
making every action count.
|
 |
Empowerment
- Associate involvement
and continual training are crucial.
- Without associate
participation and dedication, success will not be achieved.
- The "empowerment"
principle cannot simply be taught. It must become a way of life.
|
 |
Ownership
- An entrepreneurial
environment allows for innovative and creative thought processes
- Ownership and
dedication are critical components in the partnership process
- Honesty and integrity
are a matter of record and will never be compromised.
